For Those Who Tour

For Those Who Tour

For Those Who Tour was a house in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, outfitted to be an artist’s haven. I heard from countless artists how lodging is one of the most significant and costly expenses for touring artists, so we decided to do something about it. We hosted over 100 emerging artists over the first year providing free housing in exchange for content. It solved a real problem for artists, and gave Shure relationships with young, diverse talent, constant user-generated content, a launch pad for our affiliate program, a location for photo and video shoots, and a place for artist to try out new Shure product.

It’s was always active, and always on.

Over 12 million reached with 9.3% engagement rate.

96% occupany rate over 365 days.

Generated over 10,000 new leads.

  • Looking after partnerships for recording artists is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding roles one could have in the music industry. It means having to seek out partners and opportunities that genuinely align and support the artist at their core. For Those Who Tour is a program that ticks all the boxes of what an easy and meaningful collaboration should be. It's a win/win/win for the artist, fan, and brand.

  • As a former musician myself, it has become more and more difficult to be able to afford the opportunities that can help a band grow . With Shure opening up a space where artists not only can rest their heads, but also make art with Shure provided recording equipment - it shows that the company is in it for the art and a part of the culture.

  • Our band loved staying at the Shure house. Special experiences like that don’t happen often and The Shure house became a major highlight of our tour. It feels amazing to feel considered and taken care of within the music community like that. We recorded in the studio and have used the MV88s we were given as gifts since. We definitely felt closer and grateful to Shure after the stay.
